CONTENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS

Use in a sequence starting with:

CLAW DRIVER: Used counterclockwise to engage the broken surface of the abutment screw. RPM 30-50.

SLOT DRIVER: Use counterclockwise at 30-50 rpm after drilling the broken abutment screw.

SCREW DRILL: Used at 1500~2000RPM counterclockwise with irrigation through a screw guide when the claw driver is unsuitable.

TAP DRIVER: Use counterclockwise at 30-50 rpm after drilling the broken abutment screw with the screw drill.

GUIDE WRENCH: Used for fixing the screw guide to the implant.

IMPLANT GUIDES: Protect the implant thread when engaging. Kit includes four types.

BROKEN SCREW REMOVAL OPTIONS IN THIS KIT

Option 1. CLAW DRIVER: Used counterclockwise, the claw tip engages the broken surface of the abutment screw. RPM 30-50. (2)

Option 2. SLOT DRIVER: An alternative method to engage broken abutment screws. Use counterclockwise. (5)

Option 3. (i) SCREW DRILL: Used at 1500~2000RPM counterclockwise with irrigation through a screw guide when 1 or 2 is unsuitable. (3)

Option 3. (ii) TAP DRIVER: Use counterclockwise at 30-50 rpm after drilling the broken abutment screw with the screw drill item 3 (i). (4)

Option 4. SCREW TAPS: Engages the implant for removal by low-trauma internal means. Connect to the ratchet and use counterclockwise. Three size taps. Single-life application. (7)

IMPLANT REMOVAL OPTIONS IN THIS KIT 

Option 1. FORCEPS:  The first-choice method for quick and simple implant removal (10).

Option 2. TREPHINES: External diameter of Ø4.5, Ø5.0, Ø5.5, Ø6.0 – Used with the handpiece for part of a full-depth cut. (1)

ADAPTERS: Allows use of the internal implant removal tools with the Straumann type ratchet. (8)

DRIVER HAND ADAPTER: Is a Straumann-type adapter for connecting internal implant removal tools to the hand driver. (9)

SCREW GUIDES: Use with the Screw Drill to protect the internal implant thread when drilling in the broken screw. (6). Multiple implant types*;
