Material

Grade 23 (Ti 6AL-4V ELI)* titanium alloy – the ultimate dental and medical titanium delivering:

• High strength with Lightweight.

• Excellent Corrosion Resistance.

*Use of Grade 23 Titanium Alloy in Dental Implants reduces the potential for fractures – especially around the implant collar whilst allowing narrower diameter implants with uniform internal connections for simplified restoration.

Bioetch surface

• Patented and exclusive double acid etching creates a roughness of 1.3 microns favouring bone deposition.  

• Eliminates sandblasting* contamination altogether.

• Success since 2006. 

*Typically sandblasting is used to create the optimal rough surface which creates a titanium oxide layer shown to leave remnants that slow healing and even cause failures. Cleaning after sandblasting reduces but cannot completely remove contaminants.
