HOW TO USE – Crestal sinus lift approach.

  • Select the appropriate drill stopper according to the bone thickness (check on scan or x-ray).

  • Attach the appropriate drill stopper to the sinus reamer.

  • Use sinus reamers in sequence (Ø 2.8, Ø 3.3, Ø 3.8, Ø 4.2) up to ~0.7mm (depending on bone density) at 800-1000RPM.

  • Use the diamond reamer to confirm sinus membrane separation and to shape any irregularities of the sinus floor.

HOW TO USE – Lateral sinus lift ‘DASK-type’ approach.

  • Select the appropriate drill stopper according to the bone thickness (check on scan or x-ray).

  • Attach the appropriate drill stopper to the sinus (DASK type) reamer.

  • Choose the appropriate core drill at 800-1000 RPM.

    • Case 1 shows Ø 7.0 core drill or Ø 7.0/8.5 diamond core reamer.

    • Case 2 shows Ø 6.5 or Ø8 sinus reamer.

  • Use the diamond reamer to confirm sinus membrane separation and to shape any irregularities of the sinus floor.
