HOW TO USE – Crestal Sinus Technique.

• Select the appropriate drill stopper according to the bone thickness (check on scan or x-ray).

• Attach the appropriate drill stopper to the sinus reamer.

• Use sinus reamers in sequence (Ø2.8, Ø3.3, Ø3.8, Ø4.2) up to ~0.7mm (depending on bone density) at 800 ~ 1000RPM.

• Use the diamond reamer to confirm sinus membrane separation and to shape any irregularities of the sinus floor.

HOW TO USE – Lateral Sinus Window Technique.

• Select the appropriate drill stopper according to the bone thickness (check on scan or x-ray).

• Attach the appropriate drill stopper to the sinus reamer.

• Choose the appropriate core drill at 800~1000RPM.

  • Case 1 shows Ø7.0 core drill or Ø7.0/8.5 diamond core reamer.

  • Case 2 shows Ø6.5 or Ø8 sinus reamer.

• Use the diamond reamer to confirm sinus membrane separation and to shape any irregularities of the sinus floor.
