12 x PeriAcryl 90 High Viscosity (HV) Oral Tissue Adhesives

12 x 0.2ml sterile micropipette of PeriAcryl 90 High Viscosity Dental tissue adhesive/oral glue. 

PeriAcryl 90 HV is a combination adhesive perfect for perio, implant and oral surgery.

WHY HV FORMULATION?

• 9 times thicker than the original. 

• Increased viscosity = increased control.

• Violet colour aids visualisation.

ADHESIVE TIME OF PERIACRYL 90 HV

PeriAcryl 90 HV oral glue sets within 5-10 seconds. 

Multiple layers of thinly spread oral glue/tissue adhesive will set quicker than one larger layer due to increased exposure.

PeriAcryl 90 HV oral glue/tissue adhesive will stay in place for approximately 7-10 days and slough off naturally as the healing occurs underneath.

HOW TO USE PERIACRYL 90 HV

PeriAcryl 90 HV is applied as a liquid directly from the micropipette.  When in contact with water, PeriAcryl 90 HV oral glue will quickly solidify.  The water can be applied from a moist gauze or directly dropped on the site from a syringe.  Alternatively, the patient’s saliva can be applied with a gloved finger, using gentle pressure, to produce an ultra-smooth finish to the adhesive layer.

APPLICATION TECHNIQUE

Step 1. Ensure the area is clean and dry. Apply a thin layer of Periacryl HV. 
Step 2. Wait 10 seconds. Drizzle water from soaked gauze over the Periacryl.
Step 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until a visible layer is formed – two to three layers are advised.  

FORMULATION: Combination of n-butyl cyanoacrylate and 2-octyl cyanoacrylate.
