Fix using the Powerbone hand driver or motor driver. 

Micro threaded screws with Philipps cross head for stable fixation of dental grafts, barrier, soft tissue and thin biomaterial devices.  These are threaded screws and not ‘push-in’ ‘tacks’ (see below).
